We create long-term value for the benefit of all stakeholders.

When we invest, we do so for the long term. Our primary goal is to build lasting relationships with employees, the community and government while providing natural resources to a growing world.

Josemaria Resources is advancing to production decision its 100% owned Josemaria copper-gold project in Argentina with proven and probable reserves of 6.7 billion pounds copper, 7.0 million ounces gold and 30.7 million ounces silver. Josemaria Resources is part of the Lundin Group of Companies, founded over 40 years ago by the late Adolf H. Lundin. The Lundin Group is a portfolio of individually managed publicly traded companies comprised of top tier natural resources projects with a long history of success. Josemaria shares the benefits of the Lundin Group’s expertise, evaluation, guidance and funding capabilities. By design, Josemaria Resources’ Board and Management team carry forward leadership experience from other Lundin Group companies.

As a Lundin Group company, we are supported by the Lundin Foundation, whose purpose is to enable local employment, nurture small business growth and support financially viable social and environmental solutions.  The Lundin Foundation ensures Lundin Group companies operate as the resource developers of choice, resulting in stronger communities surrounding our projects. The Lundin Foundation supports Josemaria to ensure our project aligns with international sustainability and ESG standards, provides lasting economic benefits to local communities, and collaboratively supports watershed management.

We conduct business and operations in a highly ethical manner, demonstrating leadership in environmental management, ensuring the safety of our workforce and nearby communities, optimizing economic benefits for both our host jurisdiction and investors, and engaging openly and collaboratively with stakeholders.

Responsible leadership is at the core of everything we do. We hold the values of accountability, respect, integrity, honesty and transparency as paramount to developing long-term, mutually beneficial, trusting relationships with all of our stakeholders.

These principles are fundamental to the way we manage and make decisions at all stages of project development. Our aim is to set the example for copper projects in Argentina.
