Ashley Heppenstall is a corporate director with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas and resource sectors. From 2002-2015, Mr. Heppenstall served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Finance Director of Lundin Petroleum AB, an oil and gas exploration and production company with core assets in Norway and South East Asia. Early in his career, Mr. Heppenstall worked in the banking sector where he was involved in project financing of oil and resource sector businesses. In 1990, Mr. Heppenstall was a founding director and shareholder of Sceptre Management Limited. In 1998 he was appointed Finance Director of Lundin Oil AB. Following the acquisition of Lundin Oil by Talisman Energy in 2001, Lundin Petroleum was formed and Mr. Heppenstall was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2002 until his retirement in 2015. Mr. Heppenstall holds a degree in Mathematics from Durham University.

Mr. Heppenstall is also a director of Africa Energy Corp., Filo Mining Corp., Lundin Gold Inc., International Petroleum Corporation, and Lundin Petroleum AB.

Mr. Adam Lundin has many years of experience in capital markets and public company management across the natural resources sector. His background includes oil & gas and mining technology, investment advisory, international finance and executive management. He began his career working for several Lundin Group mining companies in various countries before moving into finance where he specialized in institutional equity sales, ultimately becoming co-head of the London office for an international securities firm. In addition to serving as President, CEO and a Director of Josemaria, Mr. Lundin is the Chairman of Filo Mining Corp., and a Director of NGEx Minerals Ltd., Lundin Energy AB and the Lundin Foundation.

Dr. Wodzicki has a doctorate in Geosciences from the University of Arizona and over 30 years of experience in international mineral exploration and corporate management. He has led successful exploration teams throughout the world, and has managed large scale projects from the generative stage through to engineering studies. Teams led by Dr. Wodzicki are responsible for several significant discoveries including Los Helados, Josemaría, Filo del Sol, and El Limon-Guajes. Dr. Wodzicki has worked for the Lundin Group since 2007 and was previously CEO of Filo Mining and Sanu Resources and served as a director of several public companies. He was responsible for the spinout of Filo Mining from NGEx, and is currently a director and technical adviser to Filo Mining.

Mr. Conibear previously served as the CEO and Director of Lundin Mining from 2011 through 2018, Senior VP Corporate Development and Projects of Lundin Mining from 2007 through 2011, a director of NGEx Resources from 2009 through 2016 and the CEO/COO and Director of Tenke Mining Corp. from 1999 through 2007. Mr. Conibear was one of ten founders of Simons Mining Group (Now Amec), where he served as the Manager, Vancouver office and Project Manager from 1994 through 1999. From 1982 through 1994, Mr. Conibear was responsible for project management of a number of projects at Fluor Daniel Wright, including feasibility studies, details design and construction.

Mr. Conibear has more than 35 years of progressively more responsible positions in the resource sector ranging through management of all phases of mine investment including exploration, economic assessments, construction, operations and closure. He has geographic experience for assets in multiple jurisdictions including Africa, Europe, Russia, South and North America and commodity experience including base and precious metals, diamonds, coal and industrial materials.

Mr. Hochstein has a wealth of experience in the mining industry. Ron has worked for the Lundin family directly and as a consultant for over twenty years and is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Lundin Gold - a near-term gold-producing company whose key asset is the Fruta del Norte gold deposit, in Ecuador.  Prior to becoming President and CEO of Lundin Gold, Mr. Hochstein served as President and CEO of Denison Mines Corp. (TSX, NYSE MKT) for seven years. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hochstein was a Project Manager with Simons Mining Group and worked at Noranda Minerals as a metallurgical engineer. Mr. Hochstein has a B.Sc. in metallurgical engineering and an MBA.

Ms. Batruch currently acts as Strategic Sustainability Advisor at Lundin S.A. From 2001 to 2019, Ms. Batruch was the VP Corporate Responsibility at Lundin Energy AB (Nasdaq Stockholm).  Ms. Batruch, a citizen of Canada and Switzerland, is a historian and lawyer by training, graduate of the University of Toronto and McGill University, respectively, admitted as barrister and solicitor at the Law Society of Upper Canada.

As VP Corporate Responsibility at Lundin Energy from 2001 – 2019, Ms. Batruch was responsible for Lundin Energy’s sustainability strategy as it related to Anti-Corruption, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Human Rights, Stakeholder Relations, Sustainable Investments and International Initiatives.  Ms. Batruch is President of the Board of Ms. the Bohdan Hawrylyshyn Family Foundation. Ms. Batruch is a member of the Board of Directors of the Lundin Foundation (Vancouver) and a member of the Advisory Board of the International Philanthropic Society (Stockholm). She is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of World Energy Law and Business (Oxford University Press) and of the Oil Gas and Energy Law Intelligence (online journal).

Mr. Gibbs is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the University of Calgary where he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Ian has held a variety of prominent positions within the Lundin Group of companies over the last 15 years, most recently serving as CFO of Africa Oil Corp., a TSX and Nasdaq Stockholm listed Canadian oil and gas company with assets in Kenya and Ethiopia. Previously, Mr. Gibbs was CFO of Tanganyika Oil where he played a pivotal role in the sale of the company to Sinopec International Petroleum for $2 billion. Prior to Tanganyika Oil, Mr. Gibbs was CFO of Valkyries Petroleum, which was the subject of a $750 million takeover. Mr. Gibbs has also held directorship positions with Lundin Gold Inc., since inception in 2014, Africa Energy Inc., since 2011 and Africa Oil Corp., since Sept. 2019.

Mr. Fuller will oversee the engineering and construction of the Josemaria Project. He is a Project Management executive with over 28 years of experience in developing and managing mineral and metallurgical process plant major capital projects from concept phases, scope development and selection studies, basic engineering, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start up and handover. As VP Engineering & Construction, Mr. Fuller led Engineering and Construction for Freeport’s Grasberg mine 240,000 mtpd underground block cave expansion.  In the capacity of Director of Engineering for Freeport-McMoRan’s global capital projects, he led the shaping effort for the Indonesia $US3 billion 2mtpa smelter project located in East Java Indonesia. Mr. Fuller also led the successful commissioning and start up effort for the Tenke-Fungurume Mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The accelerated commissioning schedule allowed the Tenke project to achieve a world class schedule. Mr. Fuller has worked internationally in numerous countries including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Indonesia, Philippines and Mongolia.

Mr. Brettschneider has over 23 years of international mining, project development and consulting experience. Prior to joining Josemaría Resources, Mr. Brettschneider was Vice President of the mining consulting businesses at two global engineering companies. His experience includes 10 years leading large multinational teams delivering engineering studies and consulting services to clients in North and South America, as well as 13 years in on-site project development and operations roles in various gold operations in Australia and in Peru. Mr. Brettschneider holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours from The University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia and an MBA from Queen's University in Ontario, Canada.

Mr. Vitaller has worked in the international mining industry since 1993 and has managed exploration programs in different countries in South America and Europe. He has graduated as a Licentiate in Geological Sciences from Buenos Aires University and has a M.Sc. degree from the Mackay School of Mines at University of Nevada, Reno.

He has been involved with Lundin Group since 1993 and now serves as Argentina General Manager for Josemaria Resources Inc. He has previously served as a South America General Manager, Regional Manager and Chief Exploration for several exploration companies within the Group. He was member of the discovery team of the gold deposit of Veladero, Argentina. He has also been involved in the exploration teams associated with the discovery of Josemaria and Filo del Sol (Argentina) and Los Helados (Chile).

In 2014-15 he has been part of the engineering team that elaborated the P.E.A. and Prefeasibility studies for the Constellation project (Josemaria and Los Helados joined development).

Since 2015 Mr. Vitaller has held position on the board of the Argentina-Canadian Chamber of Commerce, CAEM (Argentina Mining Companies Chamber) and GEMERA (exploration Chamber).

Mr. Carmichael joined Josemaría Resources Inc. (formerly NGEx Resources Inc.) from the UK office of Lundin Mining Corporation, where he was General Manager, Resource Exploration with oversight of all near-mine and resource definition exploration activities. Prior to joining Lundin Mining, Mr. Carmichael acted as Vice President, Exploration for EuroZinc Mining Corporation and held executive positions and directorships for several other Canadian exploration companies operating internationally. Mr. Carmichael is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of British Columbia, holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of British Columbia and has 23 years of experience in public company management and international mineral exploration. Mr. Carmichael also serves as VP Exploration for Filo Mining Corp., and NGEx Minerals Ltd.

Ms. Kemp is an experienced Corporate Secretary with more than 30 years of experience with public companies within the mining industry. Ms. Kemp has been involved in all aspects of the administration of publicly listed companies including, legal and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, board and committee matters, continuous disclosure requirements, corporate transactions, shareholder communications and corporate records. Ms. Kemp is a member of the Governance Professionals of Canada. Ms. Kemp previously served as the Corporate Secretary of Filo Mining Corp., and NGEx Minerals Ltd., two other Lundin Group companies, as well as a Aurizon Mines Ltd., a TSX/NYSE MKT index listed gold mining company for more than 23 years.

Mr. Lundin is known for recognizing value and superior global investment opportunities in the natural resource sector. His uninhibited pursuit of highly prospective properties around the world has resulted in numerous resource discoveries, including the multi-million ounce Veladero gold discovery. Mr. Lundin has also led several companies through highly profitable business acquisitions and mergers such as Lundin Mining's $3.3 billion merger with EuroZinc Mining, the $2 billion sale of Tanganyika Oil Company Ltd. and most recently the $9.2 billion sale of Red Back Mining Inc. Mr. Lundin is a graduate of the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. He currently sits on the Board of a number of publicly traded companies.

Mr. Lundin has been involved in the natural resource industry his entire life through exposure to several Lundin Group companies and mentorship under Messrs. Lukas, Ian and the late Adolf Lundin. He began his career in the sector working prospecting jobs on various early stage projects in Canada, Russia, Ireland and Portugal. After graduating, he worked as a commercial analyst for Lundin Norway AS., a subsidiary of Lundin Petroleum AB and was most recently involved in the successful execution of Lundin Gold’s Fruta del Norte (FDN) Gold Mine in southern Ecuador where he served as the Project Superintendent, gaining experience in mine project development from 2016 to 2019. In January 2020, Mr. Lundin was appointed CEO and Director of Bluestone Resources Inc. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Chapman University and a Master of Engineering degree in Mineral Resource Engineering from the University of Arizona.  Jack also sits on the board of directors of Denison Mines Corp. (TSX: DML) and Josemaria Resources Inc. (TSX:JOSE).  In addition, Mr. Lundin serves on the board of The University of Arizona’s Lowell Institute for Mineral Resources.

Pablo Mir Balmaceda

Mr. Mir practices in the area of natural resources law with a focus on mining. He is a senior partner of the Chilean law firm Bofill Mir & Alvarez Jana, one of the largest in Chile, where he leads the natural resources practice. Mr. Mir has advised international mining companies on the exploration, development, financing, construction, and acquisitions of mining projects in Chile, Argentina and Ecuador. He has been recognized by specialized legal publications as one of the top mining lawyers in Latin America. Mr. Mir received his Law Degree from Universidad de Chile and was admitted to practice in 1989.
